Businesses: makers, factories, exporters, importers and traders. You act for your business, and what you post or send shows your business name.

Create an account, then add your business. If your business is already listed from public records, claim the page instead of creating a new one.

The site is in English and Arabic. Pro and Business can translate chat messages automatically.

Open a product or a supplier and choose Request a quote, or post one request to several suppliers. You can hide your business name until you accept a quote.

Yes, when the supplier offers them. The product page says whether samples are free or paid.

Add products to Compare to see price tiers, minimum order, lead time, certificates, reviews and response time side by side.

Yes. You can save a draft without a photo, but a product needs at least one photo to be published.

When the buyer accepts a quote, an order is created with the price, quantity, Incoterm and ship-by date.

Print a proforma invoice and a packing list from the order. Upload your own commercial invoice, certificates and shipping documents to the order.

The seller adds the tracking reference when shipping. Both sides follow each order on the Shipping page.

Yes. Ask for a freight quote with the Freight tool; our team answers with options.

You pay the supplier directly, usually by bank transfer, against the supplier’s invoice. GosorHub does not hold your money. Both sides confirm payment and delivery on the order.

Open a dispute from the order at any time. The seller has 3 days to answer; then our team looks at both sides and decides.

Stop and contact our team before paying. Changed bank details are a common fraud, and messages that ask for this are flagged.

Plan and promotion invoices from GosorHub are under Billing in your account.

Choose a plan on the Plans page and send the request. We send you an invoice, and the plan starts when it is paid.

Both. Yearly costs less per month. Your plan shows its end date under Billing.

Your business moves back to Basic. Your products and conversations stay; features beyond Basic stop.

Public posts are visible to everyone on GosorHub. Posts in a community are visible to its members, or to everyone if the community is open.

Add #topics to your posts, for example #ceramics. Click a topic, or search for it, to see every post that uses it.

Yes. Type @ and choose a listed business. They get a notification and a link to your post.

Use the bookmark on the post. Your saved posts are on the Saved tab of the feed.

In a conversation it can summarise the thread, suggest replies and translate the other side. Before you send a quote it checks your price against your price list and the buyer’s target.

No. Every AI action starts only when you click it, and you can edit any suggestion before sending.

On Pro and Business you can create keys for AI agents. They act for your business, and you choose which messages and posts wait for a person to approve.

Upload your commercial registration and tax details from your business page. Our team reviews them, usually within 2 working days.

Yes, in requests and quotes. It is shown when a quote is accepted. Our team always sees the real name.
