Staff check company documents before a business can trade. The badge cannot be bought or masked.

You pay the supplier directly. Payment protection is coming soon. A dispute can be opened at any time.

Anyone can report. Staff review each report and explain each decision.

You may hide your name in requests. It is revealed only on agreement. Support always sees the real name.

Only buyers with a completed order can review.

We follow GDPR. Surveys and requests state who collects data and why.

What we verify

That the business exists: its registration document matches the name and country on the page.
The tax number, and EU VAT numbers against the EU VIES register.
Key details again when they change after verification: name, tax or registry number, country and email.
The first products of every new business, before buyers see them. A product needs a photo to go live.
Claims on pages built from public records, before anyone can manage them.

We do not hold your money or receive payments for orders. You pay the supplier directly.
We do not inspect goods or guarantee quality and delivery. Ask for samples and check documents.
We do not sell the Verified badge or a better place in search. Paid posts are marked "Promoted".
We do not share your contact details before you agree to a deal.
We never ask for your password, or ask you to pay to a different account. Messages that do are flagged to our team.
