How paying works on GosorHub today, and what is coming.
Today: you pay the supplier directly
- The order page shows the agreed price, quantity, Incoterm and dates. Pay that amount by bank transfer to the account the supplier gives in the order conversation.
- Check that the name on the bank account matches the verified business name on GosorHub.
- Never pay outside the order or to details sent in another channel. If someone asks you to, report it.
- After paying, press "I sent the payment" on the order and add the proof of payment; the supplier confirms it.
- If something goes wrong, open a dispute from the order page. Our team mediates with both sides.
Products "Sold by GosorHub"
For these products you pay GosorHub by bank transfer at checkout, and our team takes responsibility for the order, the shipping and any problem.
Coming: GosorHub holds the payment Coming soon
The buyer pays, GosorHub keeps the money until the goods arrive as agreed, then pays the supplier. We open it when the legal and payment-licence checks are done.
