Build the landed cost
- Product price, MOQ and quantity breaks.
- Freight, insurance and packaging.
- Customs duty, taxes and clearance fees.
- Inland delivery and handling.
- Lead time, payment terms and currency risk.
Ask every supplier to quote on the same Incoterm and destination. Put the total landed cost per usable unit next to the headline price before you decide.
